This privacy policy applies to mobile and desktop applications developed by Noteboom Productions.
Our apps are designed to respect your privacy. We do not sell personal information, use personal information for third-party advertising, or track you across apps or websites.
Information Our Apps May Use
Features vary by app. Depending on the app and the features you choose to use, it may process the following information.
Information You Create
You may enter notes, journal entries, names, dates, preferences, tags, places, or other content. This information is generally stored on your device and may sync through Apple iCloud when supported.
Photos and Videos
Some apps may request access to your Photos library. Access is provided only with your permission through Apple’s privacy controls.
You may grant full or limited Photos access. Selected media may be stored by the app or referenced from your Photos library to provide the app’s features.
Photo Metadata
When available, an app may use photo metadata such as capture date and location to organize media, display maps, or provide related features.
This information is not used for advertising or tracking.
Location and Weather
Some apps may use a location you provide or location information contained in photo metadata to display maps or retrieve weather information.
When weather information is requested, a date and approximate geographic coordinates may be sent to a weather-data provider. This information is used only to fulfill the weather request and is not used by Noteboom Productions for advertising or tracking.
iCloud
Some apps may store or synchronize data through Apple iCloud or CloudKit using your Apple account.
iCloud services are operated by Apple and are subject to Apple’s privacy practices. Noteboom Productions does not receive your Apple ID credentials.
Purchases
Some apps may offer in-app purchases. Payments and purchase records are processed by Apple through the App Store.
An app may check your purchase status to determine whether paid features have been unlocked. Noteboom Productions does not receive your complete payment-card information.
Diagnostics
Apple may provide limited, aggregated diagnostic or crash information when you choose to share analytics with app developers through your device settings. We may use this information to identify problems and improve our apps.
How We Use Information
Information processed by our apps is used only to:
- Provide the app’s features
- Store and synchronize your content
- Display media, maps, or weather information
- Restore or verify purchases
- Diagnose technical problems
- Improve app reliability and performance
What We Do Not Do
Noteboom Productions does not:
- Sell your personal information
- Use third-party advertising
- Track you across other companies’ apps or websites
- Create advertising or marketing profiles
- Share private app content for marketing purposes
Data Storage and Retention
App data may be stored locally on your device and, when supported, in your private iCloud account.
You can delete content from within an app where deletion controls are provided. Deleting an app removes its locally stored data from that device. Data synchronized through iCloud may remain available on your other devices or in iCloud until deleted there.
Built-in sample or demonstration content does not contain your personal information.
Your Choices
You can manage permissions such as Photos and location access in your device’s Settings.
You can manage iCloud through your Apple account settings and control whether supported apps use iCloud.
You can manage purchases and subscriptions through your App Store account.
Children’s Privacy
Our apps are not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children for advertising, tracking, or marketing.
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated as our apps and services change. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
